Nangarhar Women's Prison (Afghanistan)
During our Sixth Humanitarian Mission in October - November 2008 to Afghanistan, our Childlight Foundation members were invited to tour the women's section of the Nangarhar Prison in Jalalabad, at the invitation of U.S. State Department officials. Many of the women are housed with their children due to domestic violence situations, with no other resource to turn to.

The International Relief Center [IRC]
The International Relief Center [IRC] offers humanitarian support to assist the impoverished people of Southeast Asia, and is proudly supported by the Cambodian Government.
IRC's commitment is outstanding. Its first school was built in the province of Savay Rieng, servicing children of thirty-two thousand refugees living in eight surrounding villages.
