Foreign Prisoner Support Services would like to introduce
'Counselling and Psychology Support'
with Spinks & Associates
Sometimes people find it difficult to cope with everyday life after experiencing a traumatic event, grief or loss. Having a loved one detained in a foreign prison can be extremely traumatic.

Where do you go for help? How do you understand what you are feeling? How do you cope with grief and loss? How can you be that solid emotional rock of support for your family member or friend detained in a foreign prison?

Indeed, it is important to surround yourself with people who understand your situation. Equally, it is important to establish support for when your family member or friend is released from a foreign prison.

How do they re-establish themselves in the community? How do they cope with perhaps witnessing torture or enduring it themselves? How do they cope with the flashbacks and nightmares that haunt them? How do they begin to understand the common condition associated with trauma – Post Traumatic Stress Disorder? How do you help them seek the help they need?

Spinks & Associates have kindly offered to be our initial point of contact for counselling and psychology support.
