2007 Lucky Elephant Campaign |
|
In India and China people find elephants to be lucky creatures, bringing luck and longevity. Some believing petting the trunk of a house's elephant statue will bring those people success in business or during their travels. Elephants have earned their lucky stripes in a variety of ways - they are religious symbols in the Hindu faith, and the birth of Buddha was announced by a white elephant.
This year, we invite all Schapelle Supporters worldwide to join with us in the 2007 Lucky Elephant Campaign.
Let's all hope this is Schapelle's year to come home! For those feeling more artistic, why not send your own hand made
Lucky Elephants. Make them as bright and colourful, funny or as cute as you wish.
We all know how much Schapelle loves elephants... so let us brighten her day [and her cell] with as much variety as possible.
The one we have provided here includes a space for you to personalise your message. Don't forget to include your name and address so Schapelle can send a response. In the previous 'Smile A Day' campaign, Schapelle received over 300 smiles from supporters worldwide. Let's see if we can top that!
Cheers,
Admin FreeSchapelle.net
